Geoffrey,

What you are having problems with is not actual dynamic scheduling bug,
but a feature that has been planned and incorporated in Swarm and is not a
side-effect or a bug. Empty schedules activities are being dropped as soon
as all of the actions from the schedule are performed (since users have no
control over activities, deallocation of activities had to be automated to
prevent memory leaks).

Of course, that does not mean that your request is unreasonable and we
are working on making it possible to have empty schedules in Swarm.

Providing examples that demonstrate this problem would be appreciated and
would help with providing functionality you are looking for. Of course
simple examples are needed - meaning no GUI, graphs, just the operations
on Swarms and schedules.

Regards,
Vladimir
