Pending any other answers, one way to do this would be to add a new
CanvasItem subclass that uses the canvas bitmap feature.  Then poke
around the web looking for car bitmap.  As for the clock, perhaps you
can put that in a Label, or just display it as a variable in a probe
display, or use the -t option, if the time structure of your sim is
flat.
