Ok, you can grab this executable from:
ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/needed-software/cc1obj.exe.gz
gunzip it, and copy it to this directory:
/Cygnus/cygwin-b20/H-i586-cygwin32/lib/gcc-lib/i586-cygwin32/egcs-2.91.57/
Alternatively, grab a whole new:
ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/swarm-2.0.exe
Btw, you should have at least 100 meg free to do this install.
