You'll get it if you build this:
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gcc/gcc-2.95.1.tar.gz
using a script like this:
#!/bin/sh
SRCDIR=$S/gcc-2.95.1
$SRCDIR/configure --srcdir=$SRCDIR
make bootstrap
