Ok, this should be fixed now:

For Windows:

  ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/2.0.1-fixes

    $ gunzip javaswarm.dll.gz
    $ cp javaswarm.dll $SWARMHOME/bin
    $ gunzip swarm.dll.gz
    $ cp swarm.dll $SWARMHOME/bin
    $ gunzip swarm.jar.gz
    $ cp swarm.jar $SWARMHOME/share/swarm

Here's the current source code:

  ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/testing/swarm-1999-11-25.tar.gz
