HDF5-equipped version of R-0.90.1 for Windows

Here's an alpha-quality version of a HDF5-equipped version of the R
statistical package for Windows.  Hopefully by the next release of
Swarm I'll have the HDF5 support organized as a loadable module, and
the normal R Windows installer will be usable.
