Get, gunzip, and install
ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/2.1.1-fixes/kawa.jar 
in /Swarm-2.1.1/share/swarm.

That is for Objective C users that want to do profiling under Windows.
You don't need it.
