"demos" cause this kind of confusion/problem and if somebody removed 
them from the Swarm material, I would not be unhappy.
sss.exe for the old swarm should not work with a newer swarm. Instead, 
it is necessary for you to download the sss-2.1.tar.gz, open that up, 
and make the sss program.
