If you are on a machine that supports double-clickable jar files, you
should be able to double-click on the downloaded file (net.jar) and have
the program start.  If that doesn't work and you need to launch it from
a command line, then you need to type

        java -cp ./net.jar BoundedDegreeNetwork

(the name "BoundedDegreeNetwork" is a historical artifact because I
recycled some code from an earlier project.)
