[Swarm-Support] problem installing swarm on XP

Hi all,
I'm a newbie with swarm, and with computers in
general.
I'm trying to install swarm following the Paul
Johnson's FAQ, but I have some problems.

The software I Use are:
1) OS windows XP
 environment variable: 
PATH
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\downloads\Swarm-2.2-pretest-6.tar\Swarm-2.2\bin;C:\j2sdk1.4.0_03\bin
CLASSPATH 
.
(The sun jdk 1.4.0_03 is installed and it works
properly)

2) Swarm snapshot: Swarm-2.2-pretest-6.tar, downloaded
from
ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest/ 
and unzipped in windows folder:
C:\downloads\Swarm-2.2-pretest-6.tar

3)Cygwin: latest version

Installation procedure:
- Cygwin (it works properly)
- Swarm 2.2
- mkdir /Swarm-2.2
- mount
"C:\downloads\Swarm-2.2-pretest-6.tar\Swarm-2.2"
"/Swarm-2.2" (it works properly)
- creation of /home/Standard/.bashrc and modify of
/home/Standard/default/.bash_profile
copying from 
http://lark.cc.ku.edu/~pauljohn/SwarmFaq/Memos the
Pietro Terna files.

Then I've copied the java version of jheatbugs-2.1
from www.swarm.org, i've tried to compile it writing:

javacswarm Startheatbugs.java ...
the answer is:

Found 2 system errors and issued 1 warning:

*** Error: Could not find package "java/util" and
"java/lang" in
C:\downloads\Swarm-2.2-pretest-6.tar\Swarm-2.2\share\swarm\swarm.jar,
e:\jdk1.3.1_02\jre\lib\rt.jar
C:\cygwin\home\zama2\swarm_apps\jheatbugs-2.1
C:\cygwin\home\zama2\swarm_apps\jheatbugs-2.1
(the 2 last rows are equal (?!)

where am I wrong ?
