You need to add the following path to your PATH environment: variable
C:\swarm-2.1.1\bin , of course it is the path where you have installed
swarm, you can do so using control panel if you are working in Windows,

I am trying to compile and a swarm simulation. The program does compile
ok but when I run it, it says that "javaswarm" not found in
java.library.path. How to tackle it? Khurram
