[Swarm-Support] Swarm Help

Hi,

I am new to Swarm. As a start, I am trying to get the
jHeatBugs model to run. I have Swarm 2.2-java. I did all the setup as
was mentioned here: 
http://www.swarm.org/swarmdocs-2.2/set/swarm.installbook.install.article.html 

When I start the StartHeatbugs application, i see three windows open up:
1. src.HeatbugModelSwarm
2. src.HeatbugObserverSwarm

3. ProcCtrl

but when I click start, I get following error:

What can I do to getthis thing to work. I haven't installed cygwin as this website ( http://www.swarm.org/wiki/Swarm:_stable_release) says cygwin is not required for the newversion of Swarm
