Hello Alan,
I believe the answer is No. Though I'm not very familiar with the Windows
version, I do know that Java does not work on 64-bit Linux systems.
Unfortunately it is not an issue of just downloading and compiling, Swarm
depends upon a 3rd-party library and it is that library which does not support
64-bit.
