Hi.
  Regarding my previous email concerning the swftool "gif2swf" inverting 
images, I've discovered a potential solution.

  The problem was that the tool would invert some grayscale images so instead 
of black text on a white page the image would be white text on a black page. I 
thought at first a single white pixel in the bottom right corner would fix the 
problem.

  However, I tried several more test images and it didn't work in all cases. 
Instead I tried setting the background colour of the GIF to white and that 
seemed to have fixed my problem for the cases I've encountered so far.

  I still think it's bad that an invert occurs in certain cases, but I think 
this is a useable work-around for me.

  I hope this helps sort it out your end.
