Hi Matthias,

I tried three things with your new executable.

Case 1. rfxview.swf only present in sub-directory SWFTools\swfs

Case 2. a copy of rfxview.swf present in directory SWFTools with the executable

Case 3. a copy of rfxview.swf present in the same directory as the pdf file 
that is being converted and this directory is not the same as SWFTools.


Case 1 and Case 3 gave the same results.  The pdf2swf_GUI window ended with a 
message "File rfxview.swf not found in working directory" and the cmd window 
just remained incomplete. 

Case 2. The pdf2swf_GUI window had no message but the cmd window showed some 
errors. 

Looking at the case 2, it seems that installing swftools in C:\SWFTools may be 
the way to go as the space in directory name "Program Files" is causing an 
error in the command line execution of swfcombine. 

I have attached a snapshot of the command window (please check your email too 
in case the mailing list does not accept attachments).
