[Swftools-common] no controls for rfxviewer with the new GUI

Hi,

The new GUI works great but there are no controls visible when I use the 
rfxviewer under the options.  It seems that rfxview.swf is not being combined.

If I choose simple viewer the controls work fine.

Any suggestions on what might be missing?
