[Swftools-common] documentation for RFXSWF Library ???

Hi!
Just entered the SWFTools list...to get this info.
Sorry, if this is (yet) another repetition of the same question (could
not find it anywhere on the archives or the web).

QUESTION:
Where can I find the documentation for the RFXSWF Library.
other than just figure it out by looking at .h header files ?

BTW, does RFXSWF Library affords the compilation&execution of
actionscript code, or this can be done only with swfc or as2comiple?
