There's no documentation for rfxswf yet. You're welcome to
start some in the Wiki, though.
Most people don't seem to be using rfxswf directly. Most 
use the python wrapper or swfc.

You can compile ActionScript with rfxswf. Take a look at src/as3compile.c 
on how to compile ActionScript 3.0, and at lib/action/actioncompiler.h on
how to compile AS2.0.
