Chris, your page looks the same as the one I created with 0.9.1 on Windows and 0.9.2 on OSx. The header/title of the graphic is incorrect with the default settings. When you use "bitmap" as setting for pdf2swf, the shades are OK. But since also text then is converted to bitmaps, it does not scale well (zoom ins are blurry/pixels visible). It would be helpful to know more details about the problem:

Just a thought.. as Jai stated, 'When I try to convert the following document to SWF using pdf2Swf it fails' did he actually mean no output swf was created at all??
