Well, the debian bug tracking system at
http://bugs.debian.org/synaptic has a synaptic entry.

This can be used by everyone, but atm it looks like only debian people
are using it :)

Thanks a lot for this generous offer. I can't speak for the other
developers, but I don't see a pressing need to have bugzilla
currently. Maybe at some point in the future when (even more :) people
are using synaptic and we get buried bugreports. But atm, we can deal
with the bugreports via the debian bts and via the mailinglist quite
well IMHO. But again, thanks a lot for the offer!
