But it is a real big issue. Every khelpcenter that I have used on Debian
refused to open the docbook file, but it should be theoretical possible.
After my exam time I will take a look at the documentation (system)
again.

Adding settings should be chosen wisely and rare :) I don't think that a
setting is needed here. If we want to have a full desktop integration we
should move to gnome and not provide redundant settings - but this no
option at the moment.
Perhaps we should also add lynx as a last fallback to the list:
yelp, mozilla, konqueror, opera, lynx
Lynx should even be more helpful than the message, that you need a
browser :)
