Now available at ftp://ftp.texmacs.org/pub/TeXmacs/windows/unstable.
Changes:
1) Full image printing support
2) Exporting of images works correctly
3) Suppressing of console window (give argument
--X-show-console to show window).
4) Numerous other fixes.
