The standalone thotbook editor will use whatever version of thotlib is
current when we're back at it.  That would mean, currently, the one in
Amaya 6.0.

The biggest problem we faced is that since thotlib 2.1e, the API has
changed much, and we did not find the changes much documented.
Especially, our (ie. benj's) attempts to port thoteditor to new
thotlib has not been much successful, and the standalone thotbook GUI
is still a dream, the code in CVS is closer to an experimental toy.
