I needed support for Mega16 that I didn't see in the 3.5somthing that I had 
installed, and I knew that most of the 4.0x series had bugs in it.

So I reluctantly installed 4.06, which now appears to have been a mistake.

Any one know where I can get 3.56?  Nothing else will work with this new 
STK500 firmware according to the pop up message when you install 4.06.
