Attached is a new install file, supplied in the root directory of the new (to 
come) distribution of Goldwater.

It explains how to make sure that the libraries built and installed by 
Goldwater are visible when needed.

Standard stuff really, but just trying to make sure everything is spelt out 
so people don't have any problems :o)
