I have been given maintainership of all hurd-related web stuff on 
gnu.org.  I am also going to merge in my hurddocs.org site into gnu.org

Most of them are on web-hurd with me.  I've been recruiting, because this 
is too big a job for one person.

Marcus Brinkmann.  When I talked with him last, he was going to link the 
generic news over to GNUs site, and then just have Debian specific stuff 
there.

l4-hurd?  I must've missed something, sorry.  I have many unread messages 
and I'm having alot of difficulty catching up.
