Hurd FAQ

Hi,

Manuel and I have been working to update the Hurd FAQ, since the latest
available version doesn't talk about quite a few things and others have
changed since.

I guess that it still need some reading, but it would be nice if you
could tell whether it's OK and what to do with it.

(Since there is a certain number of changes done to the english and the
french files, i put these files at

instead of sending patches)
