Unfortunately Savannah is down right now because of a breakin.  They are
trying to put it back into service soon.

So far the source code in CVS is pretty much the same as what you can
get through http://tim-mann.org/xboard.html.  However, some folks have
sent in a patch to add the basic i18n support and I hope we can apply it
soon.  I've been waiting for people to complete their copyright
assignment paperwork before we put their changes into CVS, though it's
hard to be patient with that slow process.  :-)

In the meantime you might want to join the xboard-devel mailing list at
http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/xboard-devel.  You can find out
what's been happening lately by looking at the list archives.
