I made a first start with collecting all files that should go into the install.

I think I have about everything that should go into the minimum install
plus the XiangQi profile now. The zipped tree is on my website as
http://home.hccnet.nl/h.g.muller/installer.zip . It is 1.6 MB now.
That includes two Xiangqi engines (Elephant Eye and HaQiKi D),
a big Xiangqi-board bitmap and a Q opening book, which should be
optional under the XQ profile.

It contains Michel's latest Polyglot, (1.4UCI10b22) which I adapted for
Win95 compliance. I hope Eric can test that.

I also added a copyright notice. Don't know what licence timeseal and
timestamp have, though.
