Hi

a basic webpage for xboard is up on gnu.org, see:

http://www.gnu.org/software/xboard/

let me know what you think. There are quite a few rules about what the
GNU people like to have on their webpages and what not, haven't had time
to read through everything yet.

Let me know what you all think.

I'll start removing links to Tim's original webpages from git this week
then.
