No, the demo programs aren't the documentation, there's
a doc dir that contains a bunch of .texi files which can
be used to generate the documentation in PDF, HTML and info
format. As far as I remember the last time I dabbled with
trying to build a RPM it was no big problem also creating
a libforms-doc package from the spec file. But you will need
a bunch of extra stuff installed, e.g. LaTeX and friends
for the PDF documentation, texi2html for the HTML stuff
and texinfo for the info part and also Imagemagick. If
there's anything missing it won't be built.

Please let me know if you have any problems getting it
to build!
