I think it worked, since
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=gnu+parallel&aq=f&webm=1
shows it (note the webm=1 parameter).

http://youtube.com/html5 lists the requirements for actually watching it
(including opting in to the "html5 beta" and having a recent build of
Firefox -- not sure if our Icecat supports it yet).

BTW, can you share what you used to encode the video at 720p?
