Then maybe this is less confusing:
2011-02-07 wctype-h This module no longer provides iswblank(); if
you need it, request the 'iswblank' module.
2011-02-06 wctype This module is renamed to wctype-h, with just
wctype() provided by the new module in its place.
That is, the newer entry should be stating that iswblank was split out
of wctype-h, not wctype.
