Llama is a nonfree program due to its restrictive license.  It
restricts even freedom 0.  (See
https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/programs-must-not-limit-freedom-to-run.html.)

What is the license of Ollama?  And do they release a complete set of dources
to build it from?  I have a vague memory that a crucial component was missing.
Can anyone report the facts?
