found it... but there is no extension, it is just

        gm-print_doc

Which (copied into my path) now seems to work without any .sh or.bat making me 
wonder...

... is the extension .bat appropriate or should it be removed from the 
following message?

        sh: gm-print_doc.bat: command not found
