ExcludeLinks doesn't wark as I expected

Hi,

I use cfengine 2.0.2.
I have that in my control section:

ExcludeLinks = ( .journal aquota.user )

And cfagent says 
hermes:/usr/local/cired_config-redhat-7.3/cfagent.conf:34: Warning: 
Redefinition of macro ExcludeLinks=aquota.user

And it seems to ignore the ExcludeLinks:

cfengine:hermes: Link (/home/aquota.user->/cired/hermes/localhome/aquota.user) e
xists.
....
cfengine:hermes: Old link /home/aquota.user points somewhere else. Doing nothing
!
cfengine:hermes: (Link points to /cired/hermes/localhome/aquota.user not /cired/
zeus/home/aquota.user)

What should I do ?
