Wow, thank you very much for setting this up for me!

I installed gnucap and the plugins on my Debian system using the 
package manager, copied your example to a "jfet_15B.gc" file, and then 
tried running your example. Here's the result (no success):

$ gnucap jfet_15B.gc
Gnucap : The Gnu Circuit Analysis Package
