It is still accurate. ToS changes haven't fixed the problem. You could
say that Apple does look the other way, in that they don't seem to go
actively looking for free software to remove from the App Store. Which
of course makes sense -- we wouldn't need copyleft if there weren't the
potential for people/companies to benefit from distributing free
software without the accompanying freedoms. :) But looking the other way
is not something we can support or count on, in terms of protections for
user freedoms.
