I'll take the risk of sounding like the script for The Matrix, and say, 
"There is no ltcf-gcj.sh!".  =)O|

The HEAD equivalent is AC_LIBTOOL_LANG_GCJ_CONFIG, but applying the same 
change to that macro should be relatively straight forward.
