These are the serious libtool 2.0 bugs which are bugging me:

 o Static modules are not working for MinGW (static init order
   problem?).
 o LTDL_INSTALLABLE & LTDL_CONVENIENCE are completely broken (automake
   rejects libltdl/Makefile.am)
 o Various targets refer to .libs rather than $objdir/.libs as the
   location to place intermediate files.  $objdir is from memory,
   maybe I mean something else.

The second bullet completely keeps me forward with incorporating 
libtool 2.0 in my project so it can be tested in the "real" world.
