I just wonder why this version marked 2.8.3 - this is 2.8.2 (release)
as of 1999-06-01 (and the pot file seems few days before).
Version 2.8.3(devXX) still in development and leaving .po file names/versions
as they are coming now will lead to a problem when the actual 2.8.3 release
come some day (.po files will be signed with 2.8.4 version than?)
