Follow-up Comment #3, bug #42867 (project octave):

I have copied issue 2 (Ctrl-C) into the report for bug #37672 which is about
Ctrl-C in the GUI.

Issue 4: Was the file that was currently open an unnamed one (not yet saved)
or a text file (*.txt)? In the first case the octave styles should have
effect, in the latter case the Bash styles.

Is issue 5 working when you are using the full path of the editor programs?
