Details:

This is more a nuisance than a bug; but it does not seem possible to set
Octave as the default app for .m files in Windows 10. E.G., the Octave icon
points to octave.vbs but it seems Windows will not set a file of this type as
the default to open a file. This is something that could be done on Windows 7
in Octave 4.0.0, and it would be convenient to get it back.
