Follow-up Comment #13, bug #44470 (project octave): I could not understand the situation. For Octave GUI, it works on QT GUI layer, doesn't it? If so the KeyPress event should be acquired from QT, shouldn't be ? Shouldn't we learn how the Qt GUI for windows treats key events? For CLI interface, it is working on true windows console mode so that windows API for CtrlC handler API can be used.
