Follow-up Comment #19, bug #60750 (project octave):

Re: comment #13.  I guess I'm confused about the meaning of "floating" in this
context.  I thought independent windows were "floating" and docked windows
(widgets?) were not "floating".  If the concepts of window/widget and
floating=true/false are independent, then we have four cases to consider?
