[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #63404] Translation files (*.ts) for Octave 8.1 Release

Follow-up Comment #28, bug #63404 (project octave):

The changes need to be done in the C++ files. Although there is an en_US.ts
file, it is just used as a template for new languages. Depending on the number
of changes the language files could be updated manually afterwards in order to
keep the existing translation for this "new" text string.

Should this common vocabulary should be part of the next release?
