Now most of what remains is moving shortcut settings to the gui_settings (aka
QSettings) object and eliminating the need to extract the shortcut_manager
object from the base octave_qobject object.  Then nearly all of the direct
uses of octave_qobject in the GUI widgets can be removed.  Then except for
main_window, I think all the rest can be removed with just a little more
refactoring.
