Follow-up Comment #21, bug#64977 (group octave):

Having two separate commands to run the tests with and without bytecode
interpreter makes it easier to diff the logs of these runs.
Combining the tests into a single target would make that comparison more
difficult.

Maybe, we could replace the current target `check-bytecode-evaluator` with a
target `check-tree-evaluator` and explicitly disable the bytecode-evaluator
for that?
