before codewarrior i worked with visual c. so i am not aware wether there
are any differences between cw 7 and 8 or not.. sorry.

yes i am using the project file from paragui. please excuse my inexperience,
but do i need to compile sdl, respectively the external libs, before i can
compile paragui? i tried to compile sdl on its own, but also got the same
error as before.
