Well, SCons/Lua is a subset of SCons (www.scons.org), made using the  
Lua scripting language (www.lua.org). It was mainly created for a  
larger project of mine but can be used as a generic building tool for  
any Win32/Linux/OS X programs.

You can fetch the full package (only 28k, excluding Lua 5.0) from:
